As a licensed Realtor in Oklahoma, I am required by law to show and sell properties according to the Fair Housing Act, which prohibits discrimination in any form with regard to sex, race, religion, color, handicap, familial status, or national origin.

I am also required, when working as a single party broker, to work toward the best interest of the party I represent.  That means I do not disclose personal information, financial information, or any other information that may lessen my client's strength in the offer/counteroffer process, unless they give me specific direction to do so.

If I work as a transaction broker, representing both seller and buyer, I must not represent any parties' interest above the other.
