Who is Julia Courcier?

I am a native Tulsan, and have witnessed and celebrated the incredible growth and change to this community that has occurred over the years. I now enjoy that great Tulsa quality of life with my daughter, Molly, and granddaughter Amari, from our home in midtown Tulsa. Molly helps me a lot in my business. You will probably meet her during our time together.

Amari was born on my living room floor on June 18, 2008, and I delivered her!! (Not planned) I had EMSA on the phone, so I wasn’t completely alone. That should tell you that I can perform under the most stressful circumstances!

I have a B.S. from the University of Oklahoma in Journalism, specializing in Motion Picture Production and I spent 3 years in Los Angeles trying to break into the film Industry (that was a tough deal).
Tulsa called me home, and I began a career in corporate and sports video production and marketing. I worked in the corporate world for over 20 years in multimedia production, IT, marketing, technical product development, as well as project management. I obtained an MS in Telecommunications Management from the University of Oklahoma, College of Engineering – Tulsa campus after six years of night classes. (now that’s tenacity!)

I began my new career with Keller Williams Realty in 2002, and have never looked back. I now operate my successful business with an excellent track record of closing transactions, marketing listings to the fullest extent, and helping many clients to buy homes. I am an expert in the use of technology to market my Seller’s listings and help Buyers find the right home to buy.

A couple of fun tidbits about me…I love cooking gourmet meals with my family, and I am a sports fanatic! For over 15 years, I have worked with ESPN and other broadcast entities on national broadcast sports production events for OU, OSU, TU, and Arkansas for football, basketball, and many other college and professional sports. The highlights of this second, part-time career include working at two Super Bowls, NBA basketball for the New Orleans/OKC Hornets from 2005-2007, the PGA Championship in August 2007, and OKC Thunder basketball.
